Summary

Ever since I was a small kid, I enjoyed nature. I was lucky enough to be born in a forested place that had elements of a city, but a close connection to nature, farms, and lakes. This emerges in my concept art and science fiction illustration.

I make climate futurism paintings, which describe possible landscapes, weather, architecture, cities, and lives of the generations that will endure a new, human-caused, climate. For my illustrations I create stories, concept art, environment designs, and apply color and light. Most of my work is in Photoshop, but I love to draw in pen, paint in oils, and watercolors en plein air.

During the week I do freelance illustration, background painting, and concept art. On the weekends I go hiking, meet with the #Warriorpainters in LA and play the occasional video game!
